Introduction:
We are looking for a Quality, Environment,Health & Safety Manager/Site Supervisor to strengthen our Service team in Scandinavia. QEHS manager / Site supervisor will support our service teams in Scandinavia in QEHS and site supervision activities. The office location is preferably in Kiruna, Sweden, but is possible also in Smedjebacken or Skellefteå.
In this role you will:
Develop and implement Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) practices in Service Scandinavia
Be responsible of maintaining documentation and reporting related to QEHS
Train field service personnel in QEHS regulations and guidance
Support operational field service organization in site supervision
Provide technical support to sales and spare parts teams
Manage and develop practices in workshops
To succeed, you will need:
Solid understanding of QEHS requirements in general.
Long experience in Health & Safety work. Experience of OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 seen as an asset.
At least 5 years on-site experience in minerals and/or metals processing industry
Experience in site supervision work
Natural aspiration to develop practices based on own initiative
Excellent co-operation skills with internal and external customers
Good presentation skills
Good communication skills, both written and spoken Swedish and English (other languages seen as an asset)
Willingness to travel
