Are you a QEHS professional looking for new opportunities?
We are looking for a QEHS Manager with a business and customer oriented mindset and strong drive.
As QEHS Manager you will report to the Senior QEHS Manager, and be part of MacGregors 's central function for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS). In your daily work you will support Cargo Access Solutions (CAS) Business Line, and report in matrix to the Vice President of CAS Business Line. The position is a member of CAS Management Team, and we especially hope that you can support our execution and boost our performance within continuous improvements.
This position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage QEHS activities and develop management system to ensure compliance with ISO certifications and other requirements in the Business Line
Further develop the process for continuous improvements
Support training and development of staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QEHS standards
Drive implementation and follow-up of the QEHS reporting tools and processes
Participate in investigations and root cause analysis of claims, nonconformities and incidents
Carry out and participate in, internal, supplier and third-party audits
Responsible for statutory EHS work and reporting for the business line.
What you'll need to succeed:
5 years of relevant experience in QEHS field, preferably in a leading position
University degree (MSc/BSc) in engineering or similar
Solid knowledge of management standards ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 with training/ experience as auditor
Competence/experience from Lean Six Sigma and sustainability is a bonus
Result driven, structured mindset and with strong interpersonal skills
Fluency in Swedish and English - both written and spoken.
