We are currently looking for a QC Scientist to our client Södertälje, Sweden. The position is a consultant assignment and you will work alongside the Analytical QC team and set-up and perform stability studies, write and review method qualification and validation documents, but also support the QC team with wet work (e.g. HPLC and SDS-PAGE).
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the QA team, as well as with other functions within the organization.
The main duties will include:
• Planning stability studies incl writing and reviewing stability protocols and reports.
• Writing and reviewing method qualification and validation documents.
• Performing A-280, SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysis.
• Writing, review and approval of QC-documents (e.g. water analysis)
• Responsible for stages in customer projects and proactive interaction within delivery teams and with other operation teams to meet customer requirements
Qualifications:
• Education, BMA, MSc or BSc in relevant area
• Extensive experience of planning and performing stability studies.
• Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of HPLC and electrophoresis.
• Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of Microbiological analysis is a merit
• Experience of reviewing and approval of QC-documents
• Very good understanding of laboratory work in a GMP regulated environment.
• Good understanding of the development of biological pharmaceuticals.
• English and Swedish language skills.
