hela Sverige Academic Resource is looking for a Microbiologist for a recruitment to Nordic BioAnalysis AB (NBAB) in Södertälje.
This is the job for you, if you would like to combine practical work within our microbiology lab with further evaluation of your results. You know how to document according to GMP guidelines and feel comfortable with compiling data for certificates. Ideally you are experienced enough to further evaluate your results in reports to customers or to the management team.
Within this role, you have the chance to work in an analytical lab, handling complex microbiological analysis and will be given the chance to further develop and broaden your skills in a company with a wide spectrum of analytical services.
NBAB was founded 2010 and reorganized 2016 to perform contract analysis in Södertälje for small and medium sized companies. Since summer 2021 new owners and management are aiming on growing the services with excellent customer service, reliable and fast analysis that the laboratory is known for. For their journey to growths, they now have an open work position in the company as a Microbiologist specialist within the team performing analysis. As the company is about to expand, a lot of future career opportunities exist and NBAB is willing to customize the position for you as long as you cover requirements of being an experienced and passionate microbiologist with profound GMP knowledge.
Role and main responsibilities
The main task will be working within the analytical service team but depending on your background and personal development goals NBAB is happy to offer the possibility broaden your field of responsibility and to contribute to either method development and validation activities or to the quality team with your expert knowledge. You will perform practical work handling complex microbiological analysis, and you will compile your results to the Lab Manager. Depending on you experience you will also review colleagues results in a second opinion.
Qualifications
To be successful in your new role you have a degree in Microbiology or a science with a specialty in Microbiology. Furthermore, you have extensive experience from microbiological examinations according to GMP requirements and preferably knowledge on aseptic work in clean room environment. You are well experienced with Quality Control/ Microbiological testing techniques and industry best practice. We see that you have three to five years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry making documentation according to GMP a matter of course. Experience of implementing changes, instrument responsibility or validation work is a plus.
