Klarna is looking for a QA-Manager to the office in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance manager who can take our quality assurance to the next level. Our goal is to build one of the most competent QA-organisations in the world and your assignment is to build it from scratch. We have high expectations, but so do you.

Klarna is on track to become a new force in payments worldwide and we're looking for talented managers to join us in this journey. We are currently operating in six markets in Europe and constantly expanding to new countries. The growth is driving exponential growth in challenges as well, and our Product Development Department in Stockholm is expanding rapidly. Today we are 80 developers, with over 20 nationalities, and we aim to double in size over the coming year! Our quality assurance staff are an integral part of the development teams.

You have had similar positions before with proven results, but now you need to be even better and able to move much faster. You are used to work in an agile and test driven SW development environment and love working with highly skilled co-workers in a fast growing environment. You enjoy being a manager and you will look for the best SW quality assurance talent on the international market.

Minimum Qualifications

• M.sc. in computer science or equivalent
• Solid technical background from both development and testing
• 5+ years as manager in the area of software quality assurance
• Excellent managerial skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical quality requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience from finance and/or e-commerce
• Previous experience as project manager

The position is based at Klarna HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will report to the Head of Product Development.
