We are currently looking for a happy and structured QA Tester.

About the role
As a QA Tester you will run various tests on the various digital products, platforms and services within the Digital department to ensure they meets all required standards. They identify issues and run debugging programs as needed. QA testers also generate reports and work with software developers to correct issues as well as oversee that business requirements are fulfilled by testing user stories and more.
What you'll do
Communicating with Technical Leads and Designers to translate product vision into tests
Ensuring quality and safety of new features by utilizing both automated and manual testing methods
Working with teams to identify risks in new solutions
Feeding back detailed information of defects found and support Technical Leads and Scrum Masters in prioritizing these
Remaining up to date with best practices and industry standards
Documenting, evaluating, and improving the tests
Who you are
• Have experience in leading test phases and be responsible for the software quality for all new initiatives and sign off quality before each release
• Knowledge and experience of QA methodolog
• Proficient in test managementsoftware
• Good understanding of how to work with testing in agile teams
• Expected to demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
