hela Sverige We are currently looking for an experienced QA who has worked for a few years as a Test Lead or Test Manager. Your role is to identify opportunities for successful implementation of test automation, considering Return On Investment (ROI), tools and frameworks. Cooperate with business representative and IT management to specify and agree on the scope of testing. Recommend release changes with respect to time, scope, etc. Measure test efficiency and finding ways to improve.
Our client of Commercial vehicles is currently introducing Platform as a Service (PaaS) in its deliveries so that decision has been made to establish a PaaS Development Track to secure a consistent and efficient use of PaaS services by the application development community.
This project is part of the Strategic Priority 4 - Establish architecture and IT platforms enabling speed and reliability - and has EMT level visibility. Intention is to create several new services (Azure services, Openshift, and AWS)
In order to support the project deliveries, they need a Test Manager both in Eskilstuna and Gothenburg.
Description of the assignement:
* Analyze requirements
* Design test scenarios based on the requirements.
* Test planning
* Executing manual test cases
* Monitor and report testing progress
* Work tightly with architects of the solution and owners of different development tracks to collect information about the status of the development, test and issues.
* Communicate with supplier correction of exiting issues from previous release
* Report defects in Azure DevOps
* Maintain process statistics and update documentation
Skills Required:
Minimum five years of work experience as a QA/Test Lead or Test Manager
• Very structured: takes a logical and orderly approach to analyze problems, organize work and plan for actions
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Excellent communicational skills
• Ability to work both independently and with multicultural teams
• Capability to prioritize between and act upon requests from many different stakeholders
• Ability to quickly grasp the main points of complex matter
It's a plus if you have Automotive experience and used to work in SAFe.
