&Frankly are looking for a front-end developer, well versed in CSS incl. preprocessing, HTML, JavaScript (ES6/TypeScript), modern Front-End JS frameworks and tool chains such as React/Redux, Webpack, etc.
&frankly is looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer who wants to join the exciting journey to improve employee engagement.

- Be responsible for defining our QA & test strategy and approach, and ensure we release quality products
- Coordinate with Product development, Design & Developers to understand business requirements and expected outcomes
- Set up & maintain automated tools for testing iOS and Android native apps, web front-end and Java backend
- Perform hands-on testing on our new releases of apps, front- & backend features, until we have built up a team around you
- Manage a team of testers (with one tester so far, but growing!)
Your experience:
• You ideally have 5+ years experience in testing and/or development, like new technology and automating as much work as you possibly can, but are still OK with running manual tests where needed.
• You will have solid technical skills to ensure that our service works well includes mocking data in databases, and understand how to test and invoke APIs and how to set up a CI/CD flow. Relevant languages include JS/Java/Jenkins/Docker/MySQL/MongoDB/AWS infra etc.
• It is a bonus if you also have an eye for design aesthetics and know when a text label is misaligned and/or isn't correct according to our design mockups.
• You can easily communicate and document in English and cooperate with technical colleagues working in multiple areas, including colleagues working remotely.
