About the role
As our new QA test lead at Clas Ohlson you will play an important role leading and coordinating QA and test, collaborating closely with our testers and developers defining the functional, end to end and performance automation frameworks, tooling, process, and methodologies.
Your responsibilities will be to:
• Train and educate our teams within QA and test.
• Design and implement testing strategies and processes by collaborating with developers, testers and other stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in the QA process based on feedback and team requirements.
• Identify underlying issues with our current test processes and work cross-functionally with other teams to drive resolutions.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with:
• Several years of experience creating software testing processes including identifying areas of improvement, building, and executing test plans which cover a wide range testing (functionality, performance, usability, compatibility, and regression).
• You also enjoy testing complex workflows in desktop and cloud-based applications.
As merit, but not a demand:
• Knowledge of software automation tools and techniques for a range of software.
• Experience with BDD, Gherkin or other automation frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Test Plans or other bug tracking and test case management software.
Experience from retail development and work within the SAFe framework is a plus. A university or college degree in a relevant field is desirable. You have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
