The role
This is a new role at the company and for a dedicated person and an opportunity to develop a quality management system that fits its purpose. The Quality and Regulatory Manager will be responsible for the company's entire quality strategy. It includes:
• Provide quality and regulatory leadership
• Build, maintain and develop a QMS
• Ensure compliance with all SOP
• Approve product quality for release
• Ownership of deviation and CAPA processes
• Represent QA/RA in Senior Leadership Team
• Support other functions with quality and regulatory expertise (e.g. R&D, supply chain, marketing, BU and QC)
• Drive regulatory task force and be responsible for chemical registrations e.g. REACH
Your profile
We are looking for a person with a degree within science or technology and that has been working at least five years with quality assurance in a product company. We think you have experience in building and maintaining a QMS. You will also need:
• Quality (ISO13485) experience from working with a CMO
• Regulatory compliance experience, ideally from cosmetics or chemical products for human use.
• Experience of working with chemical registrations e.g. REACH
• Experience of supplier evaluations, internal and external audits
