On behalf of our client we are now looking for a director for QA/QC. The client is a growing pharmaceutical company based in Uppsala. Publiceringsdatum2012-12-06Dina arbetsuppgifterAs the Director QA/QC you will have the role as head of the QA/QC department which is part of the R&D organization. The position is accountable for managing the QA/QC operations in line with the company's strategy and objectives and in accordance with all applicable standards for GMP, GCP and GDP. A main objective for the Director QA/QC is to lead the evolvement of the Quality Management System to ensure the system is adapted to the needs according to the company's strategy and continuously in compliance with applicable regulations.
Main areas of responsibilities are
• Responsible for managing the Quality Management System in line with the company's strategy and applicable regulations and standards like GMP, GCP and GDP.
• Responsible for establishment and monitoring of relevant metrics for effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System and reporting the status including need for improvements to top management.
• Responsible for managing the resources within QA/QC.
• Responsible for setting and achieving departmental objectives based on company objectives.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for someone with a University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology or related discipline.
• Several years of experience from the field of Quality Management.
• Thorough knowledge of quality systems, quality management tools and techniques, GMP, GCP, GLP and GDP.
• Extensive experience of working in projects.
• Speaking and writing English fluently.

You are capable of creating a learning environment with delegated responsibilities and have convincing communication skills. It is of great importance that you are pragmatic and open for different ways to handle various situations. Strong integrity is a must
