Engineering
The Engineering organization is responsible for building platforms that our customers love in tight collaboration with product management. Currently there are 13 teams spread across Sweden, Russia and Malaysia.
Who are you?
We are now looking for a Quality Assurance and Security Lead to our Engineering organization. You will be based in Stockholm and report to our Head of Engineering. You are an amazing team player that people love working with and consider to be a thought leader within QA and Sec. You enjoy brainstorming solutions and coaching fellow colleagues to the next level. Moreover, you are a curious soul that loves keeping yourself up to date with the latest technologies and tools as well as to come up with creative ways of testing our products.
As a QA & Security Lead you will
• Work together with scrum masters to define the quality processes, milestones and test strategies for our products to guarantee quality from stage one
• Ensure customer quality and security expectations are exceeded!
• Define processes and document them for the design, test and releases of software
• Audit materials provided by suppliers to assure quality and security before incorporation into the product (AWS/cloud services SLAs)
• Assess the product's quality by defining testing for a range of features and seeing how the product performs in load testing, scalability, etc. and record the limits of the systems
• You will ensure you keep yourself up to date with new technologies and tools

• Have experience from state of the art Quality Assurance Ways of working
• Have experience working with CI and CD for XaaS
• Are a solid team player and a considered thought leader in your field
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills
• Get excited about new technologies and tools
• Have a strategic mindset
• Enjoy switching between getting your hands dirty and crafting slides and processes
