For NAF Flowserve's office in Solna we are looking for QA Manager.
• Main Areas of Work
- QA Responsible internally and towards suppliers (Includes ISO 9001)
- RMA handling including analysis and reports
- QC Responsible including quality control
- Ex Co-Ordinator internally and towards suppliers (Includes IECEX 80079-34)
Responsibilities & Requirements: Main tasks
QA and RMA
- Actively drive PMV's quality work in cooperation with other operations and contribute to the achievement of set goals in the company's policy, e.g., Zero Defect is achieve
- Document, maintain and develop PMV's Quality system
- Ensure that all documentation for the PMV quality assurance program is protected, saved and updated in accordance with current policy.
- Be responsible for the documentation being, and perceived as, well organized and readily available to other staff.
- Participate and conduct internal quality audits at the company's various functions for clarifying the compliance and efficiency of the business system.
- Verify and work to ensure that the improvement measures adopted are made in all types of external and internal audits carried out in a timely manner and that they have the intended effect.
- Initiate and, where appropriate, carry out training in the field of quality.
- Follow up and actively ensure that production and arrival control procedures are in place
- Manage, develop and document the internal deviation process within the company.
- Carry out statistical analyses of deviations and, on this basis, reject and implement improvement measures.
- Carry out and document fault investigations and measurements of components based on deviations and complaints.
- Operate, investigate and document customer complaints.
- Assess, evaluate and document proposed corrective measures for deviations.
QC Responsible
- Continuously perform quality control at suppliers
Ex Co-ordinator
- Coordinate all activities involving Ex-related products
- Ensure that such activities are carried-out and that the outcome is properly communicated to the concerned persons.
- Ex coordinator acts as Technical liaison with certifying agencies and schemes, regarding QAN/QAR, such as FM, CSA, IECEx, ATEX, CCC, etc. For instance, He should ensure that the notifying bodies are notified with changes that are applied on the Schedule documents.
- Ex Coordinator should support the certification agencies during the quarterly or annual audits remote or at site in Sweden or abroad.
- Ex Coordinator should act as liaison with the verification body responsible to check and audit the quality of the management system and coordinate improvements and changes required within the management system.
- Approve changes applied to Related Drawings.
- Serve as technical contact for 3rd party distributors and Flowserve QRC's who build agency certified products.
- Review operational method sheets, assembly procedures, and inspection procedures and provide related training to employees.
- Approve Ex related and scheduled information contained in Manuals and technical documentation meant for distribution to customers and prospects.
Preferred Experience / Skills: Responsibilities and Powers (certification, purchasing budget, etc.)
QA and RMA
- Create and document for maintaining the quality assurance program within PMV.
- Participate in the study, perform and document internal quality audits.
- Compilation, evaluation and periodic reporting of deviations and design at the center of improvement measures,
- Assess and recommend decisions on deviations in the business.
- Suggest stopping delivery, if there is reason to question the quality of the products or delivery.
- Certify and approve in accordance with the instructions in force.
- In consultation with the Manager, approve or reject proposed corrective measures, deviations or internal audits.
Ex Co-ordinator
- Ensure that existing production certificates are renewed in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate and secure that old and new production certificates are properly released
- Responsible for that products related to ex-certificates are properly released
- Be the primary interface towards Notifying bodies
- Owner of the QAN/QAR
- Be responsible for ensuring that the department's procedures are up to date
- Follow PMV's Quality system
- Achieve sufficient knowledge to be the natural contact in these areas
- Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Higher education technical specialization or equivalent
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- 5 years from the corresponding type of work
- Used to reading standards and understanding document requirements
- Good collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently
