About the role
In 2020 we had 8.8 million job applications through our services and more than 200.000 active HR professionals and managers working in our software. Continuous delivery of valuable products with high quality is at the heart of what we do in Talentech. As a QA Manager you will be responsible for the test strategy for a portfolio of SaaS products, test automation and tools. You will work hands on with teams to automate test cases, coach other QA Engineers and continuously improve the quality of our products.
You need to be enthusiastic in what you do and provide structure and tools to the teams to achieve great quality. We are an international team with development hubs in Oslo, Stockholm and Gdansk and this position can be placed in any of these locations. The position is a permanent employment with start date determined by agreement.
Qualifications:
To enjoy and succeed in this role we believe you have been working with quality assurance and software testing of web applications for at least 5 years. You want to take the next step in your career and take a lead on Talentechs new test strategy with focus on test automation. Maybe you have some experience with setting test strategies, or this is something you want to grow into. Good communication skills in English are required, and you have experience from working with
• Test strategy and test automation
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
• Continuous integration and deployments
• SaaS systems
