Anocca is a young Biotechnology company working with T-cell therapies. Situated south of Stockholm with an international team of 22 different nationalities, Anocca works in the field of individualised medicine in immuno-oncology - reprogramming the human immune system to treat disease. At Anocca we have developed a proprietary, innovative biological platform for high-throughput, systematic interrogation of the human immune system with high precision, which is aimed at enabling treatment of cancers on an individualised basis. With a range of novel capabilities Anocca is continuing to deploy our proprietary technologies into new areas of research, while also focusing on bringing our first T-cell therapies for cancer to clinical trials using our own manufacturing capabilities.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join the team. You will be involved in the setup and validation of a new manufacturing line in cleanrooms with hygiene classifications D through B and state of the art equipment. We are currently expanding the cleanroom manufacturing areas to 550 m2. Your responsibilities will also include development and management of the company's GLP and GCP compliant R&D programs. The QA Manager role at Anocca is suited to experienced and motivated professionals with a drive to lead by action. The possibility to act, or develop the capacity to act, as Qualified Person is a big plus. Experience of ATMP manufacture would also be a significant asset.
You should have high-quality relevant experience, excellent English communication skills, knowledge of aseptic manufacturing techniques, and be securely anchored in GMP regulations. You must be capable of working as part of a team but should also demonstrate initiative to drive projects forward.
What we are looking for:
Quality assurance experience in the cell therapy or ATMP space.
Significant and relevant experience in cleanroom and aseptic manufacturing validation.
Good grasp of the underlying biology.
Fluent written and spoken English.
