Most people suffer from mental health problems at some time in their lives. Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision that everyone should have the possibility to see a psychologist, regardless of where you live or what your circumstances are. Since then we have helped thousands of people to meet a psychologist via our app, having more than 150 accredited psychologists working for us.

What would you be working with?

As a QA Lead / Release Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. Some of the duties in this role include:

• Testing current products and identifying deficiencies
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
• Collaborating with the Product & Development team to ensure consistent project execution and enable software releases
• Identifying quality assurance process bottleneck and suggesting actions for improvement
• Overseeing continuous improvement projects
• Collecting quality data and identifying KPIs for product quality

Who are you?

In order to succeed in this position, we would like to see that you have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer
• Experience with software QA tools and processes
• Thrive in fast-paste environment where you get the chance to influence how we work together
• High problem-solving skills
• High organisational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
