• Responsible for providing support to the manufacturing site in compliance with documented procedures and practices
• QA representative in various forums such as project inspectors in NPI projects
• Customer-related processes as well as internal and external communication
Essential Responsibilities:
• Develop existing local Quality Management System, support local business during internal and external audits.
• Support local business functions to secure quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures.
• Act on trends from customer complaints and product holds
• Lead programs and initiatives and/or have responsibility for coaching more junior engineers

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline (or non-technical degree with significant experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality assurance experience in addition to any other experience requirements)
• Demonstrated understanding of product development lifecycles, design change and document change control, process verification and validation methodologies and manufacturing / production process control methodologies
• Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated skills in independently driving improvement and development work
• Documented Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy under crisis situations to ensure compliance
