The QA Lead Engineer is a key role responsible for the continuous reinforcement of established Quality Assurance fundamental practices that are utilized in the local business. The QA Lead Engineer is responsible for providing support to the manufacturing site in accordance with documented procedures and practices. The QA Lead Engineer may lead programs and initiatives and/or have responsibility for coaching more junior engineers.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Leads CAPA activities at site, including coaching and training, management of overall CA/PA system, optimization of quality system procedures relating to CAPA.
• Leads programs and initiatives and/or have responsibility for coaching more junior engineers.
• Support local business functions to secure quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures.
• Support orginzation in identification and alalysis of data related to product quality.
• Support local business during internal and external audits.
