We are looking for a communicative and self-driven software test engineer who will take on the QA lead in the team that builds the heart in eye tracking technology. You will be part of an agile team with very skilled game developers, working as a very important link in development. Examples of what you could be doing Oversee product quality: supervise the various stages of testing on each project; manage team projects to ensure that each has gone through at least two complete cycles of testing (all test cases executed) for final release testing milestones. Develop test plans and documentation. * Work close to our development and design teams. * Write defect reports and follow-up, contributing to internal product documentation * Plan test schedules and strategies around project schedules and delivery dates * Design test plans, scenarios, and procedures * Improve, document, and manage QA processes * Work with producers and project leads to ensure proper QA deployment across multiple projects * Conduct reviews for, provide feedback to, and mentor members of the QA team * Manage bug databases and bug flow * Participate in testing efforts
Experience:
• Experience of working in a technical challenging environment, close to software developers * An education in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent * Good knowledge about mobile gaming is a must. * Familiar with bug reporting system (JIRA) * Worked in multilingual development processes. It is a huge advantage if you have deep understanding of code and experience from exploratory testing, development and customization of test tools, programming experience from gaming technologies (Unity3D/DirectX), mobile platforms and/or ISTQB certification in software testing.
