The QA Lead position is an integral part of the product development cycle at Barnebys Group. They will work with the team to ensure the quality of a world class brand of services by working closely with the Product and Development teams to support ongoing and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who loves digging deep into issues around user workflows as well as someone who can strategically plan for scaling/maintenance on web applications and the implementation issues surrounding it.
What you'll do
Advocate for quality within cross-product development teams
Coordinate testing efforts to ensure the delivery of quality features and data
Maintain test reporting and visualization
Prepare known issues report for stakeholders and future prioritization
Make testing an integral part of the development process
Report bugs and follow them through the complete bug cycle
Contribute to the company's long term vision and strategy for QA and Testing Automation
Review resources and build out the team necessary to scale testing operations
Look for opportunities to work testing automation and quality into the product development process
Who you are
5+ years working as a QA tester
Have lead/managed testing of products/services
Worked with agile methodologies
Experience creating automated tests; unit test creation a plus
Experience communicating with stakeholders in different departments
Fluent in English
