QA AND TESTING MANAGER

ABOUT YOUR DAILY JOB
Your and your team's main task is to ensure that the organization has a good and accurate picture of the quality of our products. You will be responsible for our work to improve processes, quality assurance and support the development of our systems in order to deliver the best quality to our customers. The work involves both theoretical as well as practical work. Development and implementation of processes/tools for testing, validation, test design and testing are some of the tasks you will have. Also included is to lead and be responsible for the QA team at Qbrick (at present one person). Qbrick is a growing company that is expanding strongly. We are characterized by a very dynamic, pragmatic and passionate organization. Qbrick is in the cutting edge technology which offers great opportunities to develop your technical skills. We work a lot with automated test to get an improved validation of deliveries.
ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We prefer that you have the equivalent a Master of Science in Computer Science. The right attitude, personal drive, humbleness, service level and engagement are equally important as technical skills and previous background to us. Similar experience is obviously an advantage, but not an absolute requirement. Most probably you have:
• experience from various companies and specifically worked with the test for 3-5 years
• worked with test management, including line management experience
• solid experience in test automation and continuous integration
• experience in process work
• can express yourself fluently in English and Swedish
Meritorious experience:
• Systems Java and / or. NET
• IT architecture and keen knowledge of networking
• Load Tests
• ISTQB Certification
The service requires that you have the ability to be organized and thorough. You must focus on the customer and see our services from the customer's perspective. You have the ability to work independently and possess excellent problem solving skills. You also find it stimulating to work both with people and technology.
