Steam Turbine Retrofit is an activity within Alstom's Turbomachines Group and has the responsibility for integrated retrofit projects. Our projects include the overall responsibility for modernising our customers' steam turbine and associated auxiliary plant to achieve the power up-rating of a number of nuclear and fossil fuelled power plants. The Steam Turbine Retrofit-team is located in various locations worldwide.
QA and Documentation Manager
The Quality and Documentation Manager is managing the Quality and Documentation processes in the project with respect to contractual-, authority- and internal requirements and is part of the Consortium Management Team reporting directly to the Project Director. The position includes responsibility for establishing the PQAM (project Quality Assurance Manual) and implementation of necessary processes and project improvement management as well as together with the customer ensure a common understanding of interfaces and processes on both sides Alstom and Customer. Provide guidance and directive to the Quality and/or Documentation Managers within the consortium partners.
For this management position experience from Nuclear Power Plant and international business is appreciated as well as management positions within Quality and Documentation and Project execution. You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English. It is also an advantage if you have an engineering degree.
