About the role
The Compliance QA Analyst will have a lot of autonomy while also working closely with the QA Director and Project Leadership as well as the Compliance Designer to create a comprehensive console testing strategy for the project. Additionally, this role will also require interfacing with a variety of other departments, and will eventually act as a point of contact for external testing partners.
As the Compliance QA Analyst you will be responsible to develop and run compliance testing procedures on our unannounced title to ensure that the game is developed in accordance with 1st party requirements. The main responsibility for this position is to create a compliance framework together with our Compliance Designer, the QA Director and QA Lead but will in addition to this also perform more hands-on QA work, such as creating testplans, forecast testing efforts, and assist in monitoring the overall testing progress of the certification process.
In this role you will become the main point of contact for any and all compliance related issues and concerns on the project and have a strong voice and say in how & when and what the certification process for the project will look like.

Game development QA experience
Compliance testing experience
In-depth understanding of the TRCs/XRs and tools pertaining to at least one console
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
In-depth experience in using Jira or other bug databases

Reports to: QA Director
Location: Stockholm, this position is based in the Stockholm office, with 2 weekly, optional, "Work from home" days.
