Scania Battery production is growing and The Quality Department is hiring, we are looking for a Coordinator to join our team.

Today we are running the production for the existing battery pack as well as the prototypes for the next generations of packs and modules and the production of VCB cables at two different sites. In addition, we have just inaugurated a new and highly automated battery assembly plant and the plant is up and running and is located adjacent to the chassis assembly plant.
About us at the Quality Department
Battery Quality Team (MEQT) is a group responsible for quality and the group consists of Quality Assurance Engineers, Quality Team Coordinators, Quality Technicians, Adjusters, and Quality Engineers, a highly qualified group with great team spirit.
Job position and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Link between R&D and ME-production, collaborate and work closely with R&D and different parts of the Battery Production
Handle deviation from production and support in solving deviations connected to design/suppliers deviation
Drive and solve deviations from the end customer (FQ)
Work cross-functionally and exchange information with the other production sites
Follow-up on activities related to deviations and set up quality monitoring procedures and quality KPI:s
All your work will be done in close collaboration with production, quality engineering and design. The foundation of your work is linked to the principles of Scania's Production System
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has worked at Scania for a few years. Preferably a bachelor's/master's degree in engineering with a focus on production, construction or Quality, but people who have other relevant education or experience may also be of interest.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish is a basic requirement.
You are structured, meticulous and enjoy immersing yourself in details as well as thinking from a holistic perspective
You create results through commitment, drive and initiative
You enjoy working at a fast pace and spending time out in the production
It is important that you have leadership skills
Experience with FRAS is an advantage, but don't hesitate to apply even if you don't have it and if you are ready to learn the system

Working as a coordinator in Q-team needs a "handyman/woman" who wants to keep the production up and running. You will face both small and big issues during the working day 's and no day is like the other. Due to this position - between Scania production and R&D, you will get to learn a lot of new people and must not be afraid to take contact with many of them.
Our group is small and familiar and we help each other to be better. Rang and position is not the most important things in our group, it 's more about personality and the way of working together that matters to us. Our Manager is like one of us, very helpful and supportive in all different situations that might occur.
