Job description
You will lead a product development team with responsibility for mechanics, electronics and embedded software in our CFM (Customer Flow Management) solutions. The team currently consists of 6 persons and the products range is all from advanced touch screen ticket printers with embedded software to displays. You will have full personnel responsibility and shall together with the team carry out development projects, propose and lead technical studies. Our decision lines are short and together with the departments for support, purchasing and production, which are located at the same office, you will initiate and lead cost and quality improvements. You will also act as project manager for development projects and product maintenance.
The position is located at our head office in Mölndal.
Profile
You have an MSc in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience in project management. You have line management experience and are confident in leading others. Your background is within electronic design and you have worked close to electronic mass production. Your understanding of embedded SW and mechanical design are good. As a person you are structured and well organized and passionate about motivating others to do their best.
