We now need to strengthen our organization and are looking for a Chief Architect for Research and Development.
Job description
Your role will be to ensure that our different solutions are easily integrated with our customers’ technical environment. Development governance, i.e. ensuring that we and our distributor network are working efficiently, is an important part of the assignment, for example to develop guidelines for upgrading and maintenance of existing products.
You will have the overall responsibility for the technical design of our product portfolio from idea to the development of a finished product, including upgrades and customizations. You will be the cohesive link in development in terms of product packaging, data base design and modeling and shall assure that our distributed team work coherently with same tools, processes and methods
The position is located at our head office in Mölndal and will include occasional travelling.
Your profile
You have an MSc in Computer Science or equivalent and several years of experience from a chief architect or technical project manager position in large integration projects. You have very good skills in documentation and experience of detailed requirements specification of advanced systems products and experience of J2EE and application servers, preferably Jboss. You are fluent in English and in Swedish, both written and spoken and have excellent leadership experience.
