People Experience Business Partner Finance

The People Experience (PX) Corporate Functions & Headquarters team is a passionate team of PX Business Partners dedicated to leading the strategic and tactical people agendas for Volvo Cars' corporate and headquarter functions. We are now looking for an additional PX Business Partner to join our team and help support our Finance organisation consisting of around 800 people. If you want to work closely together with our leaders and our own PX team and play an active and crucial role in the transformation of Volvo Cars, then this career opportunity is perfect for you.
Your mission
In this role you will act as a true business partner to our managers in Finance. With your thorough business understanding and data-driven approach, you will translate our overall strategy and objectives for Finance into sharp people plans and deliver on them. You will work with the function's strategic competencies, organisation design and workforce planning to ensure we build a Finance organisation that is fit for the future. The role also includes hands-on deliveries within the areas of leadership development and coaching, culture, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, talent development, labour relations, rehabilitation, and other areas that help us deliver a great employee experience and bring out the best in people.

You are a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You set objectives and prioritize work appropriately, and you have strong influencing skills and can inspire people to work towards joint objectives. In the organisation, you are a go-to-person with high integrity that is passionate about creating the best prerequisites for people and organisations to succeed. Key qualifications include:
* A university degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
* Experience from working as an HR Business Partner in global organisations with high pace of change.
* Proven track-record of delivering strategic and operational HR support.
* Solid English communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Where you'll be
You will be based at Volvo Cars' global headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
