Right now, we have an exciting job opening for you in our People Experience organization within Software Engineering where you will be supporting one our bigger Software units that develops cutting edge technology into our cars.

* Be a strategic partner to your management team and your leaders, influencing the business agenda from a people perspective.
* Drive transformational initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration across PX Engineering team.
* Use your business understanding and data-informed mindset to turn strategy into actionable people plans.
* Deliver within areas such as leadership development, performance management, culture, diversity & inclusion, talent development, and more.

Requirements:
* Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a global, complex organization (experience in operating in a Software organisation is a plus).
* University degree within HR or other equivalent area.
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of HR's role in business growth.
* A track record of creating impact in a business from a people perspective.
* Courage to lead, influence, and drive change, fostering a creative and inclusive culture.
* Data-informed decision-making skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
This position is based at Volvo Cars' international HQ in Gothenburg.
