hela Sverige We are looking for an administrative star that shares our passion for skin care to our procurement team!
As a Purchasing and Pricing Assistant, you will work with price updates, registration of products, master data and internal order management (sales orders). The position also includes checking the recommended price level for the market and being helpful in campaign planning. You will have a close dialogue and be a link between the marketing department, coordinators, the warehouse in Sweden (Täby) and with the marketing team and the warehouse in the UK.
Qualifications:
• Experience from working with order administration, purchasing assistant, customer service or similar.
• Accustomed to working with computers and business systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Great interest in the skin care industry

You are a flexible, thorough and structured administrator who enjoys independent work. You can keep a high pace, be fast and can easily familiarize yourself with both new tasks and systems. If you have experience from or worked closely to purchasing and/or logistics, this is a strong merit.
