As our current Purchasing Manager will move on to new challenges, we seek his substitute. The purchasing department consists of total 8 employees in Sundsvall, Örebro and Leipzig.

Arbetsuppgifter
Your main mission will be to lead the team with sourcing and purchasing strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, ensure safety, quality, delivery performance and reliability of Suppliers and supplied products. You will be responsible to ensure execution in accordance with Company and Supply Chain Management performance targets. In the role you will have close collaboration with other departments. You will be the head of the European purchasing group which consists of 8 employees.
Kvalifikationer
The successful candidate has previous management experience and has worked within purchasing, marketing and sales, logistics or similar. You hold a Master's degree and may currently work in a similar business, such as the manufacturing industry.
You enjoy leading, motivating and developing people, and you are used to building strong relationships with suppliers and/or customers. As a person you are highly self-motivated, organized, result-oriented, and strategic. Finally, you need to be fluent in English and Swedish.
Övrigt
The purchasing department is part of the Logistics & Manufacturing. You report to the Senior Director End to End Supply Chain, placed in Cham, our head office in Switzerland.
You need to be willing to travel.
