Main objectives are also to ensure that NCC's business areas and Group Functions will deliver expected value to our end customers. We are now expanding our team within procurement IT, looking for a Purchasing Manager, Indirect Material.
The position
Through efficient purchasing of products, services & solutions/systems, the Purchasing Manager IT shall drive IT purchasing projects. The Procurement Manager is accountable for evaluating, qualifying & selecting for the external purchase & licensing of all products &services for internal use of NCC. The role and responsibilities include negotiations, contract signing and relationship management with close cooperation with internal key stakeholders.
Responsibilities & tasks
• Drive, prepare & execute the RFx process
• Evaluate & select suppliers
• Drive preparation, execution & finalization of negotiations with suppliers
• Develop the long-term business for the specific product/service together with IT stakeholders
• Maintain Frame Agreements
• Make sure relevant regulations and policies are followed preparing the Agreements
• Negotiate and make sure T&C's and prices are according to expectations
• Create measurement methods for monitoring of IT contracts benefit
• Drive stakeholder engagement
• Endorse Business Ideas and purchasing strategy
• Secure future technical needs together with main Stakeholders
• Coordinate IT procurement activities within NCC
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirement's
• At least 8 years of experience within purchasing, were 3-5 year of work of relevant experience in IT purchasing (licensing, services, systems, implementations etc.)
• A first academic degree or equivalent qualifications
• Fluently in English and Swedish (speaking, writing) since this is the Company language
• Used to independently work together with stakeholders and technical expertise drive IT purchasing projects
• Purchasing practice, process & strategy knowledge & strong business understanding
• Local laws & regulations knowledge and used to read legal text
• Negotiation & argumentation skills - preferably with international experience
Since we area a small team you will as IT Procurement Manager work within the whole range from negotiating minor IT consultant agreements to source complete systems. As a person you have a "can-do" attitude, are driven and have good communications skills.
