Your role
As Purchasing Digitalization Specialist you are expected to develop deep competence in one or more of the current or new digital products and services in the Purchasing Tools portfolio.
You will be part of the Purchasing Tools team within the Nordic unit Purchasing Development & Digitalization.
Your main tasks will be:
• Running and leveraging the Swedish superuser network to provide user support, guidance and feedback collection
• Interacting with new and existing users and stakeholders to understand their contexts, needs and experiences
• Collecting feedback, needs and expectations from users and stakeholders and translating those into development needs
• Proactively refining tasks, gathering insights and fostering continuous collaboration to reach team objectives
• Develop current and new digital tools to support the way we do purchasing
• Creating and maintaining documentational and educational material
• Keeping up to date on industry trends and new technological possibilities
Your profile
To be successful in this job and this team you practice self-leadership and have a growth mindset. You communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. You are good at understanding complex processes and connecting process steps to specific features in digital tools.
You should have experience or be interested to learn to work in an agile manner. We believe you are proactive and show no fear for change or making mistakes and you are curious to explore what new technologies can bring.
Requirements specification
• Bachelor or Master 's degree in engineering, business administration , economics or other relevant post-secondary education.
• Experience working in the construction industry or other project based industry
• Knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes
• Experience from working with increasing digital tool usage and evaluation and implementation of new digital tools
• Experience in collecting needs for digital development and matching those to user journeys
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and mastering collecting relevant information from team members and stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Project management skills is a strong merit
• Experience in driving change management initiatives is a strong merit
• Experience working Scrum and having an agile mindset is a strong merit
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills

Additional information
This position is based at any of NCC's main offices in Sweden. There will be frequent traveling within Sweden but also to the other Nordic countries. The main working location is your office but we do apply a flexible way of working through digital collaboration. In accordance with NCCs safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates.
