hela Sverige Do you have proven experience from working with purchasing and are you open for a new challenge? ALTEN are looking for a new purchasing coordinator to be a part of our purchasing team at the head office in Gothenburg!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Purchase Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect goods and services within an organization. Indirect goods and services are those items that are not directly involved in the production process but are essential for the smooth functioning of the company. This includes office supplies, IT services, maintenance and repairs, marketing services, travel arrangements, and more. The Indirect Purchase Coordinator ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and maintains supplier relationships for these non-production related items.
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE RESPONSIBILITIES SUCH AS:
Sourcing and Supplier Management
Purchase Requisition Processing
Purchase Order Generation
Cost Optimization
Inventory and Supply Chain Management
Vendor Performance Evaluation
Documentation and Reporting
Collaboration
Process Improvement
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
bachelor's degree within Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent education
2-3 years of relevant experience of working as a purchasing officer or in a similar role
professional level of both Swedish and English
As a person you have no problem with time management and you like being part of a dynamic organization. You are a team player with strong organizational skills. Other would describe you as structured, communicative and detail oriented with good problem-solving skills.
