Purchasing Coordinator, Indirect Purchasing
Purchasing is a newly established function at Lynk & Co and we are now in a very exciting development phase, where we are building the team and defining the way of working. We will be a small and agile team, working very close to all other departments in the company, to develop sourcing strategies, run sourcing projects, and manage day to day purchasing needs.
The Purchasing Coordinator will be a key role for us, with a holistic view of everything we do and making sure we deliver efficient purchasing support. This is a new role so there is opportunity to participate in shaping the role and a lot of potential to grow and develop your career.
The responsibility of the Purchasing Coordinator includes:
* Coordinate and follow up requisitions from the business
* Place purchase orders to suppliers
* Review and update systems, such as vendor data base
* Contract management support
Since we are a very young organization it's important that you are comfortable to work without set processes, that you enjoy contributing to development and solve problems, and are flexible and adaptable as things may change fast. You also need to enjoy working closely together with others and be service and customer oriented, since the role requires a lot of interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
* We believe you have a University degree in supply chain or business, or other Purchasing degree plus 1-2 years of working experience
* MS office, in particular Excel
* Experience in SAP and Ariba is a plus
* Fluent in English
