Do you have experience within data analysis and/or controlling and wishes tobroaden your perspective?Trelleborg AB 's Group Purchasing organization is currently seeking a new Purchasing Controller. You will report to VP Group Purchasing. The position is located at the headquarters in Trelleborg.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Analysis of business information and create purchasing data reports and communicate to Group
• Develop and maintain an information database for internal communication
• Create and maintain cooperation and an open dialogue with internal customer network
• Perform daily business routines and functions within department
• Procure-to-pay audits
• CR reporting and analysis
• KPI development and follow up

To be able to carry out your work in the best way possible you will be required to travel approximately 20 days per year, mainly in Europe.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate has 2-4 years' experience from finance, controlling, purchasing or supply chain management within a large global organization. You have a University degree in Business Administration. You are proficient in English, both orally and written. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications are required and a good knowledge in SharePoint, SAP BPC and Power BI will be considered a merit.

You are ambitious and have a proven track record of delivering positive results both independently as well as part of a team. Most importantly you are structured and have an interest for both data analysis and business and are able to communicate your findings and results in a logical manner for team members as well as other internal stakeholders. You are a communicative, analytical and structured person that easily adapts to changes and you have a will to develop and go forward.
