As Purchasing Commodity Manager for Vision Components (e.g. image sensor, lenses) you will establish a global commodity strategy, executing and maintaining KPI Reporting, supplier capacity and compliance with global standards, process maps & procedures. You will lead the negotiation process with the commodity suppliers. You will drive execution through interface to production, engineering, quality and business units establish the future vision for sourcing plans, strategic activities, component capacities and cost reductions. A key activity will be to facilitate and collaborate with the respective assigned supplier quality- and development engineers located at respective technical center or manufacturing site.
The role requires business travels.
We are looking for a person with experience from similar role with Electrical Engineering Degree with further education in Business Administration. To be successful we believe you should be analytical, team oriented and self motivated. You also need to be fluent in English.
