Who are you?We are looking for a solution oriented, social and service minded doer. You are structured and have strong attention to detail. High communication skills and stress management are other qualities that will make you thrive in this role. Tasks and responsibilities* Administrate purchase orders* Handle order acknowledgements* Manage supplier contacts and relations* Monitor and follow-up deliveries* Support the Supply Chain Manager We believe that you..* have 1-3 years of experience from order placement and follow-up * speak and write fluent English and Swedish* have previous experience of work in business systems and high IT skills * are a highly skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Who are we?Working at X Shore means to be part of a challenging and passionate organization.
