We are now looking for Purchasing Analyst to join the indirect purchasing team at one of our international clients. You will fill a key position within the team and be responsible for structuring and analysing supplier management data, creation of tools for further analysis and drive compliances.The assigment is a maternaty leave with start as soon as possible until the end of autumn 2015.

• give support to to the supplier management organization in order for them to enable the right decisions
• enable efficeint target settings and follow-up
• build and populate accurate analysis models
• analyse and publish monthly and quarterly results
• drive compliance through process controls and other analysis tools
• be responsible for and coordinate process control questionnaire
• supplier management and finance ad-hoc analysis
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this role you need to have a University degree, preferably in economics or equal. Experience in Controlling is a must and you ideally have some years experience in a similar role.
To be successful in this role you need to be highly motivated, have a broad understanding of economics and business control.
You have a service minded and problem solving mindset as well as a excellent business understanding along side great communication and networking skills. You also have the ability to drive actions proactively.
Since our client operates across the globe you need to have excellent skills in english, both written and oral.
A good knowledge of advanced Excel and SAP will be considered a merit.
