Key Responsibilities
Main tasks and responsibilities are Indirect purchases, Tenders, Supplier Negotiations & management. Main focus is on tactical and operational level by working closely with stakeholders in developing demand specs, misc validation and implementation tasks.
Manage and coordinate action plans and performance with other functions, identify and monitor all potential projects for value analysis program at local level for the Nordics countries.
Ensure and maintain close relation to the central team organization. Coordinate and share purchase initiatives. Ensure and maintain central required purchasing reporting accurately and on time. Follow up the expenditure, performance, budgets, estimations and projects for indirect expenditure.
You will report to the Head of Purchasing, Nordic.
Your Qualifications
• You will have a minimum 3 years in a procurement department with a strong exposure to international environments and matrix organization.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. French is an advantage.
• You have strong knowledge in MS Office pack and M3.
• You have a University degree in Economics or Technical, with a specialization in Procurement.
