hela Sverige As a purchaser of Point of Sale (POS) material you work close to the marketing team. You will coordinate, plan and execute the purchases based on the needs of the sales markets and secure that the material is delivered in the best way to all markets.
You will also take part in building up and maintaining a supplier base. Main goal for this position: Premium quality with a good finish and the lowest cost delivered on the right time.
As a Supply Coordinator you work close to our export markets. Creating good relations to a number of speaking partners is important as you will be working with order handling in an international environment. It will require administration and dialogue with internal and external partners about topics such as order handling, shipping and customs.
Main goal for this position: Finding solutions and delivering on time.
Your external communication will include POS suppliers, BRIO markets, warehouses, transport companies and local authorities.
In this position it is of particular importance to be able to create and develop relations and to communicate with ease, for example picking up the phone and make an external call in order to solve some issue or create a needed contact. It's also important to easily communicate in different cultural contexts.
You are service minded and you understand the importance of finding solutions and pursuing them with a short time span from problem discussion to decision and action. You are a team player and you enjoy working in a service function. You are an entrepreneur and you like to take initiatives. You are structured and careful with administrative work.
