We believe you have experience of how to cooperate and work with different people in an international environment in a pro-active and structured way. You have experience of Marketing and preferable at least one of the segments Print, Point of Sales/Store Communication, Paper based material including packaging. It is important that you are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who feels comfortable with remote leadership and in handling your own projects towards agreed business goals and timelines.
As a person you have strong communication skills and a motivation to improve and challenge our business with a commercial and analytical approach. We also believe that you have:
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Marketing and/or Marketing Procurement.
• A university degree in Business Administration or corresponding.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Possibility to travel.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Category Marketing Products represents one of three Categories within Marketing Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic purchase of Marketing Services related to one of the segments of the Category. You will drive the sourcing strategy for your segment as well as contribute to the development of the other segments. Also, create action plans from start to finish and run projects within IKEA together with your colleagues.
You will monitor the market and optimize the potential and develop the business. You will also negotiate, execute and follow-up large scale global procurement agreements based on value-chain analysis in close cooperation with key business partners within your business area.
