Our Operations Team is central in our efforts to meet customer requirements from a time to market, capacity to cost perspective. The team is characterized by a very high level of professional competence and experience as well as an open and innovative work environment.
Now we are looking for a passionate Purchaser, Indirect Material in order to strengthen the team. Are you our new colleague?
The role
In this position you will be responsible for Indirect Material Sourcing. You will establish and maintain supplier relations and set up and execute the sourcing strategies in this area. These strategies should meet or exceed the needs for technology, availability and quality at the lowest cost possible with maximum leverage across the business.
You will also make sure to maintain accurate master data and deliver in line with KPI's set.
Furthermore you will be involved in projects and support, for example purchase orders, price and other terms and conditions. You will be handling agreements (selection and evaluation) and hold the supplier ownership.
As Purchaser for Indirect Material you are the escalation point for supplier related issues.
In this role you will have close collaboration with all our different departments internally. The work location will be Malmö and you will report to the Senior Manager Sourcing, also placed in Malmö. Some travel will be required.
Your background
You hold a relevant university degree, and have worked in a similar position, preferably within electronics or other high volume businesses. We welcome both you who are new in your career and you who have several years of experience. The role will be suited for the right person.
You possess strong knowledge in relevant sourcing areas (technology, negotiation, communication and supplier management).
You have an extensive awareness of this market and have a solid international experience. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.

You demonstrate a high level of drive to actively and independently manage your tasks. Thus you work both efficiently and effectively in order to get things done.
