The role
At Atlas Copco you will be responsible for strategic and tactical purchasing activities with indirect materials and services at Atlas Copco AB, Holding Nordic.
You will be a part of the Facility Management Team who are responsible for the Atlas Copco headquarter Sickla Site with associated services where purchase is one of them. Focus will be on tasks in purchasing in different areas with a focus on quality and price efficiency. In this role you have a daily contact with internal and external partners. You will be a Business Key User (BKU) for our SAP purchasing system. Part of the mission is to improve and streamline purchasing in the business. You will also work with continuous digitalization where possible in different processes.
An important part of the mission is to support Facility Management agreements. Another area is the responsibility of car leasing companies with operational purchase and administration of benefit and service cars for all companies in Sweden.
You will lead a coordinating function for indirect purchasing for the Atlas Copco companies in Sweden and, in the long term, also in the Nordic region.

What we expect from you
Previous working experience in purchasing for 3 years
Education and/or diploma in purchasing
Fluent in English
Previous experience of indirect material, leases and/or real estate will be considered a plus
A proactive team player with networking skills and a lot of personal drive
Ability to understand the big picture and still care for details
You will report to Head of Facility Management.
