Job description
Your main tasks will be to purchase materials and services in the general service categories of mainly Facility, HR, Consultancy, MarCom and IT.
Main responsibilities and work tasks including all steps in the tendering process such as:
• preparation and management of negotiations
• drawing-up of contracts
• ensuring competition
• decision-making on contract awards
Further responsibilities include:
• claims and dispute resolution management.
• contract advice and support to different internal stakeholders within Vattenfall during both the tendering and execution phases.
• processing of performance results
You are also expected to work as a change manager and contribute to the transformation of the department and the Procurement functional area.
Qualifications
Technical or Commercial university degree or equivalent.
Solid experience (minimum 5 years) and demonstrable procurement management. Track record in relevant categories (strong focus on achieved savings).
Professional command in both written and spoken English. You are also highly skilled in negotiating English and have strong communication capability.
Location
The position will be based in Stockholm. Working in an international organization requires some availability outside office hours.
