Sourcing Biomaterials is leading procurement activities within the division with focus on delivering the best commercial solutions for the division and the units.
Description
Stora Enso Sourcing Biomaterials is looking for a Purchaser to support in sourcing in the division's Stockholm based Innovation Centre. This includes responsibility for sourcing for the whole Innovation Centre site at Sickla, Stockholm, and time permitting also assisting in sourcing for Pulp Competence Centre. The position holder will report to Purchasing Manager, Sourcing Biomaterials Sweden.
The primary responsibility of this position is to carry out analysis and execution of sourcing plans for Innovation Centre site and actively run tendering, negotiations and contracting. You are working through sourcing committees to show the savings via Sourcing Tracker tool. Administrating operational purchasing related transactions, like contracts, purchase orders and invoices is also a part of the role as well as ensuring that the supplier master data is up-to-date and that Supplier Code of Conducts are properly maintained.
Qualifications
We are looking for a result and action oriented person, who has
• high motivation and approachable character for teamwork
• systematic, structured and proactive approach combined with ability to communicate easily
• education of Bachelor degree in relevant area, like business administration or engineering, or, an equivalent proven track record and strong work experience of > 2 years in sourcing
• strong negotiating tactics
• high personal integrity in line with Stora Enso values
• fluent language proficiency in English, Swedish language skill beneficial
Location
Preferred location at Innovation Centre in Sickla, Stockholm, or alternatively Skutskär mill can be considered.
