ASSIGNMENTS
In your role as Purchaser you will be working in a business-oriented environment. The company offers various tasks with good development opportunities. You will be actively working with the company's independent distribution of electronic components. With a broad customer base, you will get at key role in solving deficiencies in production components through a worldwide network of suppliers. Monitoring of purchases, follow-up of deliveries and resolution of any discrepancies are just some of the parts your work will consist of.
You will mainly perform tasks such as:
Purchase.
Supplier and inventory management.
Order management as well as other administrative tasks.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
J2 Sourcing is looking for a person that is analytical, solution-oriented and always ready for a challenge. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and are responsible as a person. You care for your personal development and feel confident in taking initiatives. There is no doubt for you to work in a structured way and constantly drive processes forward. You have insight that your talent will be an important part of the company's continued success.
Important for the employment: Supply Chain degree and a few years of experience from similar roles.
High level skills in written and spoken Swedish and English.
Additional language skills are meritorious.
Experience from VISMA or similar EPR systems.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT
The employment as Purchaser is a recruitment where you are employed directly by J2 Sourcing at their office in Malmö. For the right person, there are good development opportunities. Working hours are mainly 8:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
