Publiceringsdatum2008-10-21Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Purchaser you will have End-to-end responsibility for the supply process, from when the customer purchase order is received, until it is invoiced. You will handle complex business scenarios (receive, register, confirm, follow-up, invoice). You will also co-ordinate activities so that the orders are delivered according to agreed terms. Your responsibility also includes purchasing of HW/SW and services from suppliers.
As a part of our team you will also cooperate with e.g project managers and service delivery managers .
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The successful candidate will have strong customer orientation, business focus and goal orientation.
You must have a structured way of working, ability to handle different issues at the same time, and you must be able to coordinate and prioritize activities. Furthermore you have a proactive attitude, the ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills. Around closing periods the workload can be heavy, during this time you must manage irregular
workingtime.
You should also have:
• Bachelor of Science preferable within the Logistic area, plus at least 1-2 years experience from a logistic/supply area. Experience or basic knowledge and interest in finance is also an advantage
• knowledge in Business Applications for supply (e.g. SAP)
• good written and spoken Swedish and English.
