Would you like to join our Indirect Supplier Management team in Lund?

Indirect Supplier Management in Tetra Pak is in transformation - the aim is to be world class in procurement.

The region Nordic team is responsible for securing that the purchase of indirect materials & services on the sites in scope are complying to the optimal way of buying. We are now looking for a Purchaser to manage the tactical procurement activities across Lund, Nordic entities.

In this role, you will work in close cooperation with our business stakeholders and suppliers. You will ensure compliance to indirect purchasing policy and processes, suppliers and contracts. Using e-procurement tool Ariba.

You will perform spend and market analysis, drive tactical sourcing projects, implement and manage contracts, using Ariba. You will contribute to Supplier Management overall goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform sourcing (RFQ, negotiation) and contracting cross indirect categories for a market, country or site
• Manage free text /ad hoc request from business in Ariba/ECC and run small/medium sourcing projects
• Relationship management for locally managed suppliers. Secure supplier master data are sufficient
• Consolidate to recommended suppliers, perform tail spend management
• Stakeholder satisfaction - issue resolution management, quick quotes
• Report savings and other KPIs, process controls monitoring and compliance

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-driven and analytical candidate with a passion to do business. Your communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact across borders both internally and externally. You have the drive and the independence to propose ideas to reach the goals and feedback improvement areas. To collaborate and build trust with others are important qualifications.

The successful candidate has a university degree and above three years working experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain in international companies, used to SAP R/3. Experience from buying indirect materials and services is an advantage, as well as sourcing in Ariba. You have a good command in Swedish and/or English, both written and verbal.
