WHAT WILL YOU DO? As we strive to keep high growth in a market with strong competition, it is vital for us to continuously develop and improve our supply chain. The Demand & Supply organization has the main responsibility to secure material availability to be able to deliver Axis products to our global customers. The component availability that Material Supply is responsible for is based on a forecast that the Demand Planning team is providing.
As a purchaser in our team you will:
Continuously monitor and improve supplier performance and develop the cooperation
Daily contact with suppliers, Axis Order department and CLC 's (configuration- and logistic centers) worldwide
Manage master data
Material planning
Placing orders and tracking deliveries
Ensure material supply on time
Handle invoices
Drive improvements for the overall supply chain
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for you who has a degree in Industial Economy, Business, Supply Chain Management or similar. To handle the position it 's an advantage if you have at least 3 years of experience of purchasing and experience from working in an international organization.
We also want you to have a good general supply chain knowledge and understanding of the purchasing, excellent MS Office skills, experience from working in ERP systems and a good skills in both orally and in writing in English.
