Your main focus in this postion will be supporting Commodity Managers as well as responsibilities for procurement of sub-systems, items and supplier agreements. You will also have some strategic responsibilities related to Commodities such as Sub-Contracting and Fastners.
The position is placed at our head office in Vika, Falun.
Your main responsibilities
• Purchase sub-systems and items
• Act as an technology interface to our suppliers
• Supplier development, evaluation and follow-up (KPIs)
• Initiate and be a part in forming and negotiating contracts
• Administration of our MRP database
• Cost calculations in our MRP
• Be a part of our crossfunctional Commodity teams, with representatives from procurement, quality and design departments
• Contribute to improve the performance and efficiency of procurement processes and resources
• Act as a support to other tactical resources globally
The position will require occasional travels.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Job and educational experiences:
• Relevant university degree or higher procurement program at CISilf, Plan or similar
• Minimum 2+ years working experience from relevant field, i.e. planning or procurement
• Experience from ERP system, like Movex, M3, SAP or other
It 's a plus if you have a degree from a basic or higher procurement program at CISilf, Plan or similar.
Personal skills:
• You will interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers all over the world and we assume you have an open attitude and ability to establish good relationship with colleagues
• A good commercial and technical understanding
• Team orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized and deliver a structured result
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
